Employee Communications & Web Development
We built a comprehensive internal website used by all 50,000+ store associates for training, communications, and employee engagement. We produced monthly engagement videos with advanced motion graphics and professional editing. We developed, manage and host benefits.petsmart.com and petsmartcorporate.com.
CRCCF
Container Royalty Management System
We developed the first-of-its-kind, bespoke ERP system for the Container Royalty Central Collection Fund. In addition to enabling a substantial revenue increase, the system tracks every container, uses manifest data to calculate exact royalty fees by carrier and voyage, prepares invoices, and intelligently distributes proceeds across 14 ILA ports.
Luxottica
Brand Marketing & Sales Platform
We built a specialized website helping Luxottica market and sell premium eyewear brands to optometrists nationwide. Ray-Ban, Oakley, Costa, Prada, Miu Miu, Ralph Lauren—all represented with tools for sales teams and optometrists, plus a consultation scheduling system. We also produce videos for major sales events.
International Longshoremen’s Association
Custom Hiring System & AI Integration
We built a custom hiring system to support their unique hiring process, facilitating communication among ILA headquarters, hiring managers, and applicants. We built and host ilaunion.org, the official international website for the union. Most importantly, we’re working with them to adopt AI across their operations.
